T.I. Should his probation be revoked?

I really don't understand why celebrities feel they are so invincible! T.I. did a television show to show the kids how not to follow in his footsteps, and what a life of crime will get you in the long run, but now here he is about to do it all over again. Maybe he needs an example instead of attempting to be an example?

Following his arrest weeks ago in Los Angeles on felony drug charges, rap star/actor, TI is now having to stand before a judge during a requested bond hearing to explain WHY his probation should NOT be revoked.
Since TI is out of jail following weapons charges stemming from his 2007 arrest, anything that violates the regulations of that release stands to see the young superstar BACK BEHIND BARS.
The summons for TI to appear in court was signed yesterday by US District Judge Charles Pannel Jr.; the man who sentenced TI for firearms violations in 2008. The order, signed by TI’s probation officer, lists THREE possible violations of his bond.

These THREE violations INCLUDE…
Possession of ecstasy on September 1st.
Testing positive for opiates on September 2nd.
Associating on September 1st with Cortez Thomas, a convicted felon.
Spokeswoman Nicole Nishida said several pills confiscated after the traffic stop indicated they were a type of ecstasy. She also said that the pills were found on TI, as well as his new wife, TINY.

THE DRUGS WERE NOT FOUND IN THE ACTUAL MAYBACH. SO, TINY COULDN’T SIMPLY TAKE THE CHARGE EVEN IF SHE WANTED TO.
This is all so unfortunate for TI, especially after he spent months speaking to at-risk youth, on camera; explaining and justifying his criminal past. TI has apologized publicly for months on end regarding his behavior; even going into great detail regarding his reasons for carrying and/or owning firearms.

I simply DONT UNDERSTAND how and why our celebrities think that they are so invincible. TI is a black man, driving a luxury vehicle down Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, California. WHY ON GOD’S GREEN EARTH was he smoking weed in the vehicle to begin with? WHY WAS HE CARRYING DRUGS ON HIS PERSON?

I dont feel that TI is stupid, by any means. He just really didnt use the sense that god has given him in this particular situation. I dont want to see him return to prison, but if he does, he has no one to blame other than himself. Im speaking honestly.

I just dont see how he’s going to be able to get around this one.

Modern Day Coons...Really?

So is it me or are some black people clueless as hell? I came across this picture of South Carolina Senate President Glenn McConnell taken at the National Federation of Republican Women's board of directors meeting held in Charleston, S.C. where Republican leaders throughout South Carolina attended.This event's theme was "The Southern Experience." Now the name alone is enough to blow your wig back, but this picture blew my locs OFF!!

It's no secret that Glenn McConnell has an obsession with the old south and the confederate flag; it's what he loves and lives for so that's nothing to me. What astounds me are the two black men dressed as slaves! WTF type of coonery is this?
I would really love to sit down with them and asked them what in the blue fuck would
posses them to first of all attend this event, secondly dress up as slaves for the entertainment of white bigots, and third, be proudly photographed!? I swear I honestly do not get it.
Maybe some of you can help me understand this; and if you even attempt to justify this bullshit, allow me to forewarn you, we will have one serious debate!

It comes as no surprise to South Carolina natives that state Senate Majority Leader Glenn McConnell likes to play dress-up. On Tuesday, Will Folks, former spokesman for Gov. Mark Sanford and self-described cuckolder of GOP gubernatorial candidate Nikki Haley's husband, posted pictures to his political website of McConnell attending a party dressed as a Confederate general. In the pictures, he's surrounded by various African-Americans dressed as slaves.

This was not some secret party. It was last weekend's annual board of directors meeting of the National Federation of Republican Women in Charleston, McConnell's district. Sanford and other prominent local Republican politicos were there. "Invited speakers to the NFRW conference included U.S. House Majority Leader John Boehner, Senate Leader Mitch McConnell, RNC Chairman Michael Steele, Rep. Joe Wilson, House Speaker Bobby Harrell, former U.S. Ambassador David Wilkins and GOP gubernatorial nominee Nikki Haley," Folks writes.

Gawker and other national media sites picked up the story, largely focusing on McConnell and asking a fair question: Why would any African-American dress up as a slave? That remains a good question, but there's no doubt as to why McConnell appeared so happy decked out as Robert E. Lee's contemporary. He's obsessed with the Confederacy.

McConnell owns a store that sells Confederate memorabilia. Last time I saw him, his cell phone bore a Confederate flag, and its ring tone chimed Dixie. This was several years ago. I was working on a Nation magazine article about two Charleston-based museum projects. (It's well worth the $2.95 to get behind the subscriber wall!) One's an African-American history museum, which intends to provide an unvarnished look at the realities of slavery in Charleston, the port through which half of American slaves entered the country.


Sponsored LinksThe other museum project is a showcase for the Hunley, a Confederate submarine. The Hunley sunk on its voyage back to port after sinking the USS Housatonic on Feb. 17, 1864. This is McConnell's pet project, or more accurately, his obsession. Among South Carolina politicos there's a saying: "All the other state senators have a honey, while Glenn McConnell has a Hunley."

The Hunley, which has been recovered and is on display at a warehouse in Charleston, has obvious historic significance: It was the first submarine to sink an enemy vessel. But when I visited, the site included a gallery and gift shop that oozed Confederate nostalgia, replete with fresh bolls of cotton for sale.

Given that McConnell is the state's most powerful legislator, I'll leave it to the readers to guess which one of these projects is being funded by South Carolina taxpayers.

A Brooklyn landlord has been charged with murdering her tenant – bringing a longstanding feud to a brutal end, police said.

Jacqueline Wesley-Rosa, 49, was arrested at the 75th Precinct stationhouse after detectives questioned her at length about the shooting death of Patricia Wilson, 55, police said Thursday.

Wilson was shot in the chest early Wednesday and collapsed on the sidewalk outside the East New York apartment she rented from Wesley-Rosa.


Wilson and Wesley-Rosa, who also lived in the four-family home on Linwood St., had previously clashed over rent and trash disposal, according to Wilson’s family and neighbors.

Chicken McNuggets aren't 100% Chicken

Hey there Readers! I came across this on CNN.com and it really blew my mind. I've only had McDonald's Chicken nuggets a few times, but I know people who constantly purchase them for their children. No damn wonder our children are acting a damn fool in more ways than one; the chemicals they are putting in the food nowadays is crazy.
The thing that wowed me the most is, the they're putting in the same chemical that is used to make silly putty, but they're only using it here in America, the McNuggets in Europe are 100% chicken, their government won't it allow no such thing. Just read the following story for yourself and you will see.

All McDonald’s nuggets are not created equal.

U.S. McNuggets not only contain more calories and fat than their British counterparts, but also chemicals not found across the Atlantic.

CNN investigated the differences after receiving a blog comment asking about them.

American McNuggets (190 calories, 12 grams of fat, 2 grams of saturated fat for 4 pieces) contain the chemical preservative tBHQ, tertiary butylhydroquinone, a petroleum-based product. They also contain dimethylpolysiloxane, “an anti-foaming agent” also used in Silly Putty.

By contrast, British McNuggets (170 calories, 9 grams of fat, 1 gram of saturated fat for 4 pieces) lists neither chemical among its ingredients.

“I would certainly choose the British nuggets over the American” says Ruth Winter, author of “A Consumer’s Dictionary of Food Additives.”

McDonald’s says the differences are based on the local tastes: In the United States, McNuggets are coated and then cooked, in the United Kingdom, they are cooked and then coated. As a result, the British McNuggets absorb less oil and have less fat.

"You would find that if you looked at any of our core food items. You'd see little, regional differences," says Lisa McComb, who handles global media relations for McDonald's, which has more than 32,000 restaurants in 117 countries. "We do taste testing of all our food items on an ongoing basis."

One apparent difference is only a matter of labeling, according to McComb. U.K. McNuggets list ground celery and pepper, which are labeled simply as "spices" in the United States, she says.

Marion Nestle, a New York University professor and author of “What to Eat,” says the tertiary butylhydroquinone and dimethylpolysiloxane in the McNuggets probably pose no health risks. As a general rule, though, she advocates not eating any food with an ingredient you can’t pronounce.

Dimethylpolysiloxane is used as a matter of safety to keep the oil from foaming, McComb says. The chemical is a form of silicone also used in cosmetics and Silly Putty. A review of animal studies by The World Health Organization found no adverse health effects associated with dimethylpolysiloxane.

TBHQ is a preservative for vegetable oils and animal fats, limited to .02 percent of the oil in the nugget. One gram (one-thirtieth of an ounce) can cause "nausea, vomiting, ringing in the ears, delirium, a sense of suffocation, and collapse," according to “A Consumer’s Dictionary of Food Additives.”

In 2003, McDonald’s launched smaller, all-white-meat McNuggets after a federal judge dubbed the food “a McFrankenstein creation of various elements not utilized by the home cook." Among the ingredients that remained in the new McNuggets: tBHQ and dimethylpolysiloxane.

Christopher Kimball, the founder and publisher of Cook’s Illustrated magazine and host of the syndicated cooking show America’s Test Kitchen, says he suspects these chemicals are required for the nuggets to hold their shape and texture after being extruded into nugget-shaped molds.

“The regulations in Europe, in general, around food are much stricter than the U.S.,” Kimball says.

What's Happening To Our Children?

There use to be a time when children had respect for adults; if they got out of line, it wasn't uncommon for an adult in their family or any other adult to check them and get them in line. Well here in latter times, things have really changed.
This story disturbed the hell out of me because this little boy is only 5 years old and has already committed the most disrespectful act one can do to another human being.

What I'm not understanding is why is the grandmother making excuses for his actions?
This leads me to believe abuse is a normal factor in her life.

Who's the Sickest Motherfucker?

On March 28th in Trenton, N.J., there was a criminal and sexual assault committed against an innocent 7 year old girl who was supposedly being watched by her 15 year old step sister while the parents were out. According to reports given, the 15 year old went to a party with some men and teenagers in a project called The Rowan Towers and took the 7 year old with her. While there, she (the 15 yr old) accepted money in exchange for sexual favors; then she took money for some of them to "touch" the 7 year old; somewhere along the way, the touching turned into forcible sex and at least seven men and boys (two adults and five teenagers) raped the little girl.

The 15 year old was arrested for promoting prostitution,aggravated sexual assault and numerous other crimes. The men and boys were not arrested until Saturday afternoon. There are still arrests that need to be made, but people aren't cooperating and talking. I take it they are following the street clause of thou shall not snitch.

My question is, what if it were their child, niece, cousin or best friend's daughter?
The ones who will not come forward are just as guilty and should be charged as well.
People have gotten away with major crimes because no one wanted to snitch. I remember when I lived in a neighborhood called Englewood in Chicago and a young man was shot six times in the head outside my window; I heard the shots, but didn't see anything.

When the police arrived on the scene ( damn near a 1/2 hour later) A crowd was outside and no one would speak; suddenly a guy out of no where said "I saw the whole thing!" He proceeded to tell what happened. People on the block called him stupid because he was risking his life.I never heard anyone mention how brave he was or defend him.

If someone comes forward in this case, I'm sure the parents will be eternally grateful. Their daughter has been traumatized and now has to seek counseling and it seems no one cares. So readers, I ask you, what do you think? How would you handle this situation if you were a witness to this crime? How would you feel if she were your daughter, relative or loved one? Who do you feel is the sickest motherfucker? the one who sold her? the ones who purchased her? or the ones keeping silent about it all?

The World's Heaviest Woman..1000 lbs...Really?

A lot of people I know have issues with weight; myself included. A lot of us on the hefty side are literally fighting for our lives not to gain anymore weight than we already have, but not Donna Simpson, she wants to weigh in at 1000 lbs!
This 42 year old woman from Old Bridge, NJ who already weighs in at 604 lbs announced to the world that she desires to become the world fattest woman and wants to weigh 1000 lbs.
Since her announcement, she has been flooded with phone calls, emails and letters seeking appearances, interviews and photographs; she refers them all to her "representative" manager Michael Taub.

Mr.Taub claims his client has offers from everyone including Inside Edition, Oprah, Dr.Phil and Dr.Oz who I'm sure wants to ask "Are you out of your damn mind?"
In 2007, weighing a mighty 532lbs, Simpson gave birth to a baby girl. The birth was an amazing feat because not only did it place Simpson in the Guinness Book Of Records as the worlds heaviest mother, but it took a team of 30 doctors to perform the task.

Now I'm sure she already has health challenges because of her current weight and adding 400 more lbs will only add fuel to the fire. Her BMI is already at 103.9, a normal BMI range is 19-24. A BMI of 40 classifies a person as morbidly obese.

I for one just don't get it, but if this is really what she wants then I wish her the absolute best.

WTF? Boy Directing Airplanes?

Now I'm all for showing your child (children) what you do in your career, but to allow them to do what you do is a bit ridiculous. Check this out, this is from ABC News. This happened in New York at JFK International airport,one of the busiest airports in the world!

JFK airport is one of the largest airports in the country, handling a thousand takeoffs and landings a day. But on Feb. 17 a child was caught on tape in the control tower directing air traffic and giving instructions to pilots.

Certified controller is suspended after letting son give pilots instructions."Jet Blue 171, clear for takeoff," the young boy said, according to audio recordings from LiveATC.net.

The pilot replied "Clear for takeoff, 171."

The child's father, who is a certified controller, brought his son to work with him but then put him to work as well, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.

This is what you get, guys, when the kids are out of school," the father said to a pilot.

"Wish I could bring my kid to work," the pilot responded.

Yet on the audio recording, the pilots appear more amused than worried.

"Jet Blue 171, contact departure," the boy said.

"Over to Jet Blue departure, 171. Awesome job," the pilot responded.

The young boy continued directing pilots for several takeoffs and landings.

"4-0-3, prepare for takeoff," the boy said.

"4-0-3, preparing for takeoff. Thank you very much, have a great day," the pilot responded.

"MS 4-0-3, contact departure, adios," the boy said.

"Adios, amigo," the boy said.

"Adios, amigo," the pilot responded. "Over to departure, Jet Blue 195."

The FAA, which hasn't released the names of the controllers involved, is not treating this as a joke. It is investigating the controller, as well as a supervising controller. Both have been relieved of their duties, the FAA said.

I mean..For real?...WoW! The father nor the pilot gave no type of consideration to the lives of the passengers nor the staff on the aircraft. Well, If there are any air traffic controllers or Pilots looking for a position, I say head on over to JFK because two positions just became available.

WTF? Vickie's Secret is Out!!!

I was appalled this morning by hearing this, so I have to share with my Readers. This has to be the nastiest ish I have ever heard in my life!..here's what NBC News is reporting.


NEW JERSEY - Tiffany Luxinger worked at three Victoria's Secret stores. Now she's exposing a shocking secret, "We would re-tag it and put it back on the sales floor."

And it gets worse.

She says, "If a product comes back as returned it obviously has an odor to it. We'll put it on a hanger. Hang it up to dry overnight, so the odor has time to come out of the product. We'll re-tag it the next day and put it back on the sales floor."

It's a shocking practice that may be more common than you think.

NBC took it's undercover cameras to an upscale mall in New Jersey - buying underwear, lingerie and bikinis at eight major retailers. They took the skimpy apparel home, removed all the tags and the protective strips to make it look like they had been worn. Then they marked each pair with two tiny black dots.

A week later, they went back to the store and tried to return everything - this time wearing hidden cameras.

Every store took their items back for full refunds. But at Bloomingdale's, Victoria's Secret, and The Gap, the clerk re-tags the returned underwear, then puts it back out for sale.

And time after time the telling black dots clearly mark the returned panties.

Amazingly, it's not illegal to sell used underwear. But an NBC microbiologist says used garments can harbor dangerous germs and diseases that can survive on fabric for weeks. He claims, "Fecal material would be the most concerning substances. You could have bacteria viruses, fungi. These are things that one person would be able to transfer to another inadvertently through the garment."

But that didn't stop most stores from rushing the items back on the rack. NBC never found its returned clothing at J. Crew, Saks or Express.

While all the stores said it's against their policy to re-sell used underwear, employees say it's not always the reality.
In fact, Tiffany says stained items even made it back on the sales floor. She offers, "Yes, the employees, they're in a rush. A lot of them don't care and they don't double check if it's used or not."

So the hidden camera investigation took it one step further. Before returning the underwear, they visibly stained several pairs with baby oil, expecting no one would take those back, right? Wrong.

At The Gap, Bloomingdale's, Victoria's Secret and Macy's, they not only took back the panties, they put them back out for sale.

In statements, the stores involved said, their "customers' safety and satisfaction are top concerns" and "their employees made a mistake is re-selling used merchandise."

Stores said the investigation prompted them to educate their workers about the policy. Tiffany says always wash your underwear before you wear them

WTF? Man rapes woman in movie theater, with his wife and children in next theater!

Here is an unbelievable WTF story from CBS News:

ONTARIO, Ohio (CBS) Samson Ojo, a 24-year-old Ohio man, took a bathroom break at the movie theater to rape a young woman, then returned to finish watching the film with his wife and kids, police told CBS News' Crimesider.

On Sunday, Feb. 14, Ojo allegedly followed the 21-year-old woman out of a movie at the Cinemark Theater about 70 miles north of Columbus. Police say he stalked her in the bathroom, then forced her into an empty movie theater where he raped her.

Ojo's wife helped police catch her husband because she was suspicious that he left the theatre more than once. The wife told police at one point Ojo sat behind the 21-year-old woman in the movie theater and she came up to him and asked him what he was doing.

Police told Crimesider that Ojo was not surprised at all when he was arrested. In fact, he had no reaction at all.

The man is charged with rape and kidnapping.

The alleged victim told Fox 8 News, "The thing that makes me the most sick about it, is that he went and sat back down like nothing had happened." "I want to feel like me, I don't feel like me," the woman told Fox. "You don't react. You don't know what to do."

"It's a very horrific crime, in my eyes," Ontario, Ohio Police Chief Rodney Smith told the channel.

All I can say is WHOA!! WTF is the world coming to? This lunatic is being held on a One Million Dollar bond.

Church Shooting Leaves 2 Injured

Here is a story from the San Francisco Chronicle:

(02-14) 20:05 PST RICHMOND -- Three young men with black sweatshirt hoods pulled over their heads walked into a packed church service in Richmond on Sunday, where one of them opened fire and wounded two teenagers sitting in the pews, police said

The three suspects - who may have been juveniles - fled after the brash 12:30 p.m. attack at New Gethsemane Church of God in Christ, as the singing of the choir was replaced by frightened screams, said Richmond police Sgt. Bisa French.

The two victims, a 14-year-old boy and a 19-year-old man, were hospitalized and were expected to survive. However, French said, they were not willing to help investigators try to track down their assailants.

"The key people aren't being cooperative," she said.

A church deacon who was present during the shooting, Charles Miller, said one of the victims was struck in the leg and the other in the shoulder. It was not clear, both he and French said, whether they were intended targets.

Miller said some of the more than 120 church members who witnessed the shooting told him the suspects had paced up and down an aisle - apparently looking for one or more targets - before shooting the victims near the back of the church.

Church members "were going to ask them to remove their hoods" before the shooting, he said.

"I was listening to the choir and all of a sudden there was a 'pop pop pop pop pop,' " Miller said. "Everyone hit the floor. I didn't know the shooting was inside the church at first, until I heard all of the hollering and screaming."

The shooting, at 2100 Roosevelt Ave., comes amid a violent beginning to the year in Richmond, which has already recorded seven homicides. The city is still recovering from a violent gang rape outside a high school homecoming dance last year that made national headlines.

"Obviously it was a very brazen attack - in broad daylight during a church service," French said. "It's very unusual. You'd think a church is a safe place that people can go no matter what circumstances they have in their life or where they are in their life. After today, obviously not."

French said investigators were talking to witnesses and believe some of them can identify the suspects. But French said the congregants - apparently scared to get involved - were unwilling to look at photo lineups.

"I don't understand," French said. "Where do you draw the line?"

She said witnesses to violent crime in Richmond often believe they will face repercussions on the streets, but rarely do.

Miller, 64, said he was deeply troubled by the shooting, which showed a lack of respect for his church and its members.

"It's terrible when you come to the house of the Lord and start doing this," he said. "It's just something you don't do."

But after police emptied the church and processed the crime scene inside, Miller said, he and some of the congregants returned to finish services, which had begun at 11 a.m.

"We went on and had church anyway," Miller said. "We were giving thanks that nobody was killed. We wanted to go and serve the Lord anyway.


I can hear my grandmother now: "Chile, we are in the last and evil days!" This is crazy! This is the second church shooting within a year and a half in Richmond.In March of 2008, as they were setting up for a homeless outreach event at 7:30 a.m at The Church of The Living GOD, five volunteers were shot by a man wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and driving a pick up truck. Witness say he fired around ten rounds; killing one man and injuring four others. All I can ask, what's really going on? Even church isn't a safe haven anymore.
Now, I have faith in GOD and believe in HIS power, but this quote was a little over the top for me.
"In spite of the shooting that took place, Pastor Leviaz said he wasn't going to let anything stop God's program," said Rev. Andre Shumake, president of the Richmond Improvement Association. "So in spite of the shooting, I want the world to know that here at New Gethsemane, Gods' program continues. He held service, they sung they prayed and they worshiped God as though nothing had happened."

What are Security Guards securing?

On January 28th, a 15 year old girl left Macy's department store where she was being harassed by ten teenagers.Making her way to the bus station, she asks the three male security guards for assistance, but according to The Seattle Weekly Newspaper these guys are contract workers. And their contract specifies that they're only allowed to "observe and report."

Not caring about the presence of the security guards, one of the girls jumps on the victim, wrestles her to the ground and began punching, kicking and stomping her in the head. While this is taking place, another young man steals the victim Macy purchases, purse, cell phone, and ipod. The security guards called 911 and three of attackers were caught, later on the girl who jumped on the victim was arrested and charged with felony second-degree assault.

People we have to be careful and make sure our children are careful. The people who were arrested ages range from 18-20.

According to ABC News, Eve's name is mentioned in the massive U.S. Senate investigation, which has been under wraps for the past three years.
Eve Jeffers (Eve's government name), is named as the president of Sweet Pink, Inc., a firm set up in late 2005 and reportedly used by Obiang. He claims "it was used to employ individuals at the home he (Obiang) maintained before he purchased the Malibu Property and to handle payroll and other matters related to the employment of those individuals".

Here are President Obama and Hilary Clinton at the 2010 National Prayer Breakfast condeming the anti gay rights act of Uganda.


"We may disagree about gay marriage, but surely we can agree that it is unconscionable to target gays and lesbians for who they are, whether it is here in the United States or... more extremely, in odious laws that are being proposed most recently in Uganda," Obama said.


Uganda has been criticized by the United States, the European Union and NGOs over the proposed legislation, which would also criminalize public discussion of homosexuality and could penalize an individual who knowingly rents property to a homosexual.

Homosexuality is already illegal in Uganda, and punishable by life imprisonment in some instances.

I understand times are hard and we're (so called) pulling out of a recession, but this is ridiculous! Antwon Tanner who has appeared in numerous movies and television shows (Moesha, Sunset Park, The Parkers and most recently One Tree Hill) has been sentenced to three years in prison for Identity theft and dealing stolen social security numbers.

Mr.Tanner 34, plead guilty after attempting to sell six-teen phony social security numbers and three stolen social security cards in the amount of $10,000 to an undercover federal agent.According to news reports, The actor called his crime an "embarrassment to his family and fans" and his lawyer called it an act of "stupidity," resulting from financial hardships brought on by the foreclosure on his million dollar California home.

As of yet, The CW has not made any comment about the situation or if he will remain with the show One Tree Hill. I truly hope he has learned a lesson in all of this. Nothing in the world is worth your freedom.
