Movie Review: WHY DID I GET MARRIED TOO?

Hey Readers! Guess who's bizack?! YES! it's me Kire Senoj and I'm in full effect!
Been down for a minute, but thank GOD A Good Brotha can't be held down for too long.
Now on to business. So, this weekend was the premiere of Tyler Perry's latest movie Why Did I Get Married Too?

This movie is wonderfully and beautifully made; If I had to sum it up in one word that word would be REAL! and you all know I LOVE anything that's real! What makes this movie so real is the dialogue between the characters. The conversations they have, I have had with some of my own friends and associates. What tripped me out the most, was a conversation between the fellas in the movie and Tyler Perry said
" When a man cheats he can have sex with one or a few women and don't think anything about them, but when a woman cheats her emotions become involved and the man she's with has her because her heart is in it."

I was like Wow! A friend of mine said those exact same words in a conversation he and I had back in the fall of last year. Now I'm not married, but I honestly believe these stories depict what a lot of married couples go through. I must say everyone in this cast totally rocked their role! Once again, Tasha Smith is hilarious as Angela; the quick witted, smart mouthed, always jumping to conclusions wife of Marcus whose played by Michael Jai White. Their comedic timing are the comic relief this movie needs because there are some serious situations going on up in there! Jill Scott and Lamon Rucker have a great chemistry and if you didn't know any better, you would swear they were a real married couple.
But I have to give kudos to Janet "Ms.Jackson if ya nasty" Jackson! Janet proved that she is not some fly by night actress; Ms.Jackson brought her A+ game with her to movie. Her and Malik Yoba were the couple to watch! There is one scene between these two that I had to give Janet 3 snaps and say aloud " Bitch! U Got In For THAT!"

Do Yourself a favor and go out and support Tyler Perry in his latest offering to the world. It's not predictable like a lot of his other films. I promise there are some things you won't see coming. I can guarantee I am going to see this film again and I give it 5 That's Wassup's!!
